  • Express Delivery: 1-2 weeks

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be subject to unforeseen delays, such as inclement weather or carrier disruptions. We will do our best to keep you informed of any delays and provide you with updated delivery information as needed.

2. Shipping Methods

We use a variety of shipping methods, including parcel delivery services and freight carriers, depending on the size and weight of the product. Our standard shipping method is curbside delivery, which means that the product will be delivered to the curb or driveway of your home or business. 

 

3. Shipping Damage and Claims

All products are carefully inspected and packaged before shipping. However, if your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include repairing or replacing the damaged product. Please note that you may be required to provide photos of the damage and/or return the product in its original packaging.

4. Shipping Returns and Refunds

If you wish to return a product for any reason, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to initiate the return process. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product, and you will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return. Once we receive the product and confirm that it is in its original condition, we will issue a refund minus a restocking fee of 15% of the product price.
